From prenatal education and emotional guidance to hands-on assistance during labor, my goal is to ensure you feel informed, confident, and empowered as you welcome your new addition into the world.
3 Prenatal Meetings
1st Prenatal
•Takes place around your 20th-30th weeks of pregnancy
•Review intake form
•Discuss your birth plan
•This meeting last about 1 hour
2nd Prenatal
•Takes place around your 31st-36th weeks of pregnancy
•Childbirth class
•Meet back-up doula
•This meeting last about 2 hours
3rd Prenatal
•Takes place around your 36th-38th weeks of pregnancy
•Reviewing comfort measures
•Reviewing postpartum
•Carseat Assistance
•Finalizing contact information in preparation for labor/birth
•This meeting last about 2 hours
Phone/Text Support Available for all questions or concerns throughout the pregnancy
Labor Support
•Unlimited support throughout your labor, birth, and up to 1 hour into postpartum
•This service is untimed
•Backup doula is provided in the event the doula is not able to attend the birth
Postpartum Care
•In the comfort of your home
•Support in early postpartum
•Infant-care, if desired
•Sibling-care, if desired
•Mental check-in
•Debrief of birth
•One light household chore
